How is a creator's voice documented?

During onboarding, MMX records the creator's language, tone, preferences, hard limits and examples of communication that do or do not feel authentic.

  • The guide covers tone, vocabulary, pacing and recurring audience questions.
  • It also records subjects, requests and offers that require approval or must be declined.
02

How are boundaries used day to day?

Boundaries are treated as operating rules for account activity. They guide communication, content planning and escalation decisions instead of being left to individual interpretation.

03

Can the creator change the guidance?

Yes. Voice and boundary guidance should evolve when the creator's comfort level, audience or brand direction changes. Feedback is incorporated into the working playbook.

04

What happens when a situation is unclear?

When an interaction falls outside agreed guidance, it should be paused and escalated for creator or account-manager approval before continuing.
